Meet Our Team

SIPP Inc. matches every dollar donated with volunteer services  to help ensure that we are successful in improving community safety. We are proud to be partnered with SIPP and look forward to doing great things together. We have also entered into contract with SIPP to place our clients into jobs created by SIPP focused on community safety and reducing recidivism.

AJRR takes pride in continuous transparency model, hence we have created a list to allow the public and our stakeholders to follow every steps of all our activities. All our partnership and projected partnership will be made visible to the public. We aim to redefine public service.

Our mission is to reduce recidivism with focus on community safety. Our belief is that if we can address the root cause of the societal degradation, we will make a significant impact on making our society a more safer place. A place we can call home, freely roam, a place our children and loved ones can feel safe in.

Our approach is simple. We are in direct collaboration with government programs and existing community safety programs. We partner with the Department of Corrections to help ensure the success of the DOC Re-entry program and skills training by engaging prisoners before release
